Like Adams, ECC is convinced that:
- The questions we ask have a determining impact on the amount and size of our opportunities. Staying in question mode (not leaping to answers nor judgment) ensures that we will have a broader vision, see more possibilities and reap far better rewards as a result.
- Leaders who learn to question in learner mode, be aware of when they are in judger mode and skillfully switch are more productive and engaged in their work. And they are more likely to inspire excellence in their teams.
