Ewing Change Consulting provides a program of high-impact learning opportunities to assist in the development of a group of leaders. Typically these are offered in-house to clients to complement coaching or assessment programs. They are custom-designed to address issues or challenges that arise out of these programs. These learning events are either training courses that address specific needs or facilitated action learning that creates the opportunity to learn skills or facilitated team decision-making through the use of various kinds of small and larger group methods.
