Ms. Ewing has worked with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs and other senior executives in a diverse range of industries including accounting, banking and financial services, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, education, engineering, hospitality, manufacturing, telecommunications, information technology and risk management. In the Not-For-Profit realm, Ms. Ewing has worked with organizations in Toronto New York and Washington.

Ms. Ewing’s services includes a wide array of assessment and evaluation tools and is licensed in the use of Panoramic FeedbackTM, the Kolbe IndicesTM, Core Process, Naming Elephants, The Best Half ProcessTM and GovernanceFeedback. Her coaching and career planning methodologies include executive coaching, leadership development exercises and facilitation of team effectiveness processes. Her facilitation capability includes large group methodologies such as Open Space and Appreciative Inquiry, as well as smaller group processes such as Process Oriented Psychology.

She holds a Master of Adult Education and an Honors Degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Toronto. She is a member of the Strategic Capability Network and the Organization Development Network of Greater New York. Ms. Ewing is married and divides her time between New York and Toronto, Canada.
